COVID-19 Safety

In these difficult times, we are all in together. As a business enterprise, it's our responsibility to keep our customers safe. For that, we have taken all the necessary measures to ensure that you all stay safe using our products. To ensure that you get unadulterated supplements, we make sure that they are made on the highest standards. This includes:

1. Production: Our products are manufactured using pharmaceutical-grade measures set by the Drug Regulatory Authority of Pakistan. This means contamination is unlikely.

2. Packaging and handling: To make our goods ready to shipped, we've transferred all our stock to our private property so it's handled directly by people who have been in isolation from the last 1.5 months. 

3. Shipping: This is where it gets a little tricky. We are taking all possible safety measures to avoid any contamination, but once an order is handed over to the shipping company, it's handled by multiple personnel before it reaches you. That's why there are either of the two things you could follow: 

• Disinfect the outer packaging of your order with an IPA- or chlorine-based spray (70% alcohol), disinfecting wipes, or a sanitizer. You could use Dettol Surface Cleaner, diluted (using the instructions provided on the label), and in a spray bottle. This is readily available off the shelves. Disinfect your order before bringing it into the house. Do this for every order delivered to your place.
• If you don't have access to any of the aforementioned, just isolate your delivery somewhere dry and cool for at least 3 days.
